Shannon
Originally from France, I left behind a stable life in Paris to embark on a journey of self-discovery across Australia and Asia. This path led me to Nepal, where I completed my 200-hours YTT in Ashtanga & Hatha Yoga. My approach to yoga is not about performance but about creating space for self-exploration, balance, and presence. In my Hatha yoga classes, I blend meditation, breathwork (pranayama), and asanas to help you reconnect with yourself, both physically and mentally. Having personally experienced the power of movement despite physical limitations, I truly believe that yoga is for everyone.
